Installing
Install EllesmereUI from CurseForge and launch the game once. Click Copy on the profile on the Interface page, type /eui, open Profiles, press Import Profile, paste, name it and reload. Or let the Luxthos UI app set it all up for you.
The string was probably pasted in the wrong place. Interface profiles go in EllesmereUI's Import Profile window (/eui → Profiles). Cooldown Manager strings go in Edit Mode → Cooldown Manager → Advanced Cooldown Settings → Import.
Yes. There's one profile, and it adapts to every resolution, including 4K and ultrawide. At 1080p you might need to scale it down a bit to fit.
In /eui → Profiles, switch back to your previous profile, or turn off EllesmereUI in the AddOns list. If you used the Luxthos UI app, the AddOn folders it replaced are in a backup: Settings → Open backups folder.
Luxthos UI app
No, everything here is free. The Luxthos UI app installs the whole interface (AddOns, profiles, Edit Mode and Cooldown Manager layouts) in one click and keeps it up to date. It runs on Windows and comes with a Twitch sub (any tier, including Prime), a Patreon membership or a Luxthos membership.
Sign in to the app with your luxthos.io account, which uses your Twitch login. Any Twitch sub counts, including Prime and gifted subs. Patreon members: link Patreon to your luxthos.io account first. Or join the Luxthos membership directly on luxthos.io. Your options are on luxthos.io (opens in a new tab).
Press Check access again in the app. A Patreon membership only counts once Patreon is linked to your luxthos.io account.
What's installed stays. The app just stops updating it until you subscribe again. Everything is still free to install by hand on the Interface page.
Not for now: it runs on Windows 10 and 11. On a Mac, install everything by hand from the Interface page. It's all free.
No. It never removes AddOns you installed yourself, and it doesn't touch your key bindings, macros or game settings. AddOn folders it replaces are backed up first.
No. When the app is done, type /reload in game, or restart the game if the app asks you to.
Press Scan for games, or Choose folder… and pick your World of Warcraft folder.
Cooldown Manager
No. They're Blizzard Cooldown Manager layouts you import in Edit Mode, sized and placed to fit my EllesmereUI interface.
Blizzard decides which spells can appear and when. There's also a Blizzard bug that can hide abilities: until it's fixed, reset to the default layout and arrange the spells yourself.
It's on the way. Ask in Discord if you need it sooner.
Updates & errors
Only when a profile has been updated. Each Copy button shows when its string was last updated. The Luxthos UI app tells you when there's an update and installs it in one click.
Install BugSack and BugGrabber (both in the Additional AddOns), then post the error in Discord with a screenshot.
